Marah Foltz and Jordan Shoff both earned All-Atlantic Region status as the honors continue to come in after the LHU women’s soccer team’s historic 2018 season.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – After a historic 2018 season, the honors continue to flow in for the Lock Haven University women’s soccer team, and today both junior Marah Foltz (Mountville, Pa./Hempfield) and Jordan Shoff (York, Pa./York Suburban) earned United Soccer Coaches (USC) All-Atlantic Region honors. Foltz grabbed a spot on the First Team at forward and Shoff earned Third Team honors as a defender.

The two were a huge reason behind the Bald Eagles’ 2018 success. Lock Haven's 2018 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) tournament appearance marked LHU's first playoff appearance in 12 years and the 11 wins on the season marked the most for the Bald Eagles since 2004.

Foltz's 17 goals tied for the most ever in a single-season at Lock Haven. Her five game-winning goals tied for third most in the PSAC during the regular season. Foltz’s season total for points hit 39, which was second best in the PSAC in the regular season.

Shoff was the heart and soul of a stingy Lock Haven defensive unit that allowed only 16 goals all year, which was sixth-best in the PSAC. Lock Haven completed five clean sheets thanks to Shoff’s leadership.
