NorthcentralPa.com strives for fair and accurate reporting. In the age of digital media, however, errors will happen. We welcome factual corrections and additional on-topic context, as it is impossible for us to know everyone and everything. We also appreciate when our typos are nicely pointed out to us.
It is our policy to correct factual errors quickly and note the correction at the end of the article. When the facts are in dispute, we strive to present each side of an argument. If this does not happen in the normal course of reporting — because of a breaking news deadline or rapidly developing story, for example — we often update a story with the new information. Alternatively, we may elect to do a follow-up story from the original in order to provide additional context.
On occasion, an error comes from a direct source. We will correct mis-statements or factual errors, noting the original source error.
We appreciate your notification of an error, typo, or additional context. Thank you.
