Williamsport, Pa. – The Lycoming County Women Democrats may be a political minority in a predominantly Republican area, but that hasn’t stopped the group from supporting their candidates–in a big way.
Senator John Gordner
Gordner was first elected to this seat in 2003. He is currently majority whip and vice chairman of the Rules and Executive Nominations committee. Before election to the Senate, Gordner was the representative from the 109th Legislative District for 11 years.
Gordner took undergraduate and law degrees from Dickinson. He and his wife Lori live in Berwick. They have two children.
