Harrisburg, Pa. -- After meeting with leaders in Philadelphia and Harrisburg, Governor Tom Wolf announced several actions to improve law enforcement relations with the community and strengthen training and accountability.

Rowe was elected in a special election to this seat after its former occupant, Fred Keller, was elected to U.S. House of Representatives. Previously, he was on the East Buffalo Township board of supervisors.
Rowe owned the CrossFit gym in Lewisburg and went to college in Taiwan after two years of missionary work in Southeast Asia. He is on the music ministry at Harvest Church in Mifflinburg. He lives in East Buffalo Township, Union County.
