Joe Hamm - Republican
Hamm is currently Jersey Shore borough manager, chairman of the Hepburn Township Board of Supervisors, and Lycoming County Republican Chairman.
Hamm was stationed in Iraq during his six years in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard.
Hamm has a degree in political science from Lock Haven, is married to Melissa and has two daughters.
