U.S. Rep. Conor Lamb (D-Allegheny) continues to make his intentions clear on weather he plans to run for the Pennsylvania Senate seat being vacated by U.S. Sen. Pat Toomey.
Pennsylvania's 15th Congressional District is located in central and western Pennsylvania and includes portions of Armstrong, Butler, Cambria, Cameron, Centre, Clarion, Clearfield, Elk, Forest, Indiana, Jefferson, McKean, Venango, and Warren counties. The current representative of the 15th Congressional District is Glenn Thompson (R).
The Primary Election is Tuesday, June 2, having been postponed from the original April date because of COVID-19. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Check with your local polling place for possible changes.
This year, voters are being encouraged to apply for a mail-in ballot. You can apply online at VotesPa.com. Applications for mail-in ballots will be accepted through May 18, 2020 until 11:59 p.m.
