Washington D.C. (AP) — Senate bargainers announced a bipartisan framework Sunday responding to last month’s mass shootings, a modest breakthrough offering measured gun curbs and bolstered efforts to improve school safety and mental health programs.

Pennsylvania's 12th Congressional District is located in central and northern Pennsylvania and includes portions of Bradford, Centre, Clinton, Juniata, Lycoming, Mifflin, Northumberland, Perry, Potter, Snyder, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga, Union, and Wyoming counties.
The current representative of the 12th Congressional District is Fred Keller (R).
The Primary Election is Tuesday, June 2, having been postponed from the original April date because of COVID-19. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Check with your local polling place for possible changes.
This year, voters are being encouraged to apply for a mail-in ballot. You can apply online at VotesPa.com. Applications for mail-in ballots will be accepted through May 18, 2020 until 11:59 p.m.
