LOGANTON - Kenneth P. “Cap” Feerrar, 77, of Loganton, passed away Monday, May 13, 2019, at his home.
Born December 9, 1941 in Washington, D.C., he was a son to the late Ralph Feerrar and the former Vivian Fleisher.
Feerrar was a member of the Avis United Methodist Church. He had worked at Avis Homes and retired from Williamsport Wire Rope after many years of service. He loved gardening and planting flowers, fishing, and spending time with his dogs.
Feerrar is survived by his wife, the former Jeanne M. Fahlfeder; and his children, Julie Feerrar of St. Petersburg, FL; Todd (Sienna) Feerrar of La Jolla, CA; and Craig Feerrar of Avis; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two brothers, Wayne (Barb) Feerrar of Avis and Dennis Feerrar of Downingtown; a sister, Wendy Stroud of Millheim; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was be held on Saturday, May 18, 2019, at the Avis United Methodist Church, 215 Prospect Ave., Avis. Arrangements were entrusted to Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, Jersey Shore.
