JERSEY SHORE - Bernadine R. Fahlfeder, 90, of Jersey Shore, died on Thursday, May 16, 2019 at Geisinger Jersey Shore Hospital.
Born July 26, 1928, in Williamsport, she was the daughter to the late Thomas B. Clark and the former Ruth M. Markley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick William Fahlfeder; a brother, Paul Clark; and a son-in-law, Kenneth Feerrar.
Fahlfeder was a graduate of St. Joseph High School in Williamsport. As a devoted Catholic, she was member of St. Luke’s Catholic Church in Jersey Shore. She volunteered her much of her time at for Meals on Wheels, and was also very active at the Senior Center.
She is survived by her children, Diane F. (Michael) Reeves of Surprise, AZ; Debra A. (Carl) Grossman of Muncy; Jeanne M. Feerrar of Loganton and Barbara A. (Robert) Judd of Loganton. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandson; and a brother, Joseph (Nancy) Clark of Sparks, NV.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at St. Luke’s Catholic Church, 118 Kendall Ave., Jersey Shore. A time of visitation will be held 9:30 a.m. Tuesday morning until the time of Mass at church. She will be laid to rest in the Wildwood Cemetery.
