Michael C. Campana, 66, of Williamsport, passed away on Friday, April 26, 2019, at ManorCare Health Service-North.
He was born on April 18, 1953, in Williamsport, a son of Vincent and Betty F. (Probst) Campana.
Mike attended church at St. Joseph the Worker Parish. He enjoyed music and played the saxophone. He spent the majority of his working career in retail sales, working at the former Ramin Pharmacy, as a bartender at Franco’s and he worked at a variety of shoe stores at the Lycoming Mall.
Surviving are: his mother of Montoursville; siblings, Pamela R. (Gene) Stout of New Castle, Del., Vincent T. (Andrea) Campana of Loyalsock Township and Patricia A. (Charles) Lorenzo of Brielle, N.J.; seven nieces and nephews, Michael, Brandi, Becky, Stephen, Nikki, Janie and Jacqueline; and two great-nephews, Chase and Luke Woodside.
He was preceded in death by his father, Vincent Campana.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30, 2019, at Crouse Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 133 E. Third St., Williamsport.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Wednesday at St. Joseph the Worker Parish, 702 W. Fourth St., Williamsport, with the Rev. Brian Van Fossen officiating, followed by burial at Wildwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully suggests memorial contributions in Michael’s name be made to Susquehanna Health Foundation for the benefit of the Cancer Treatment Center, 1001 Grampian Blvd., Williamsport, PA 17701.
The family would like to thank the staff at ManorCare Health Services-North and Susquehanna Hospice for their compassionate care.
