MILDRED - Eddy E. Pedro Jr., 42, of Mildred, passed away Friday, Sept. 13, 2019, at UPMC Williamsport, after his tough battle with cancer.
Born May 1, 1977 in Towanda, he was a son of Carol J. (Heath) Gray, and the late Eddy E. Pedro Sr. He and his wife, the former Alicia M. Hamilton, would have celebrated 20 years of marriage on Sept. 25, 2019.
Eddy was currently employed with F&R Sperry Logging, LLC as a logger and truck driver. He was a jack of all trades and could operate nearly any piece of equipment. Eddy enjoyed riding and working with his draft horses, working in the woods cutting trees, but most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are his mother, Carol J. (Wade) Gray of Laceyville; a daughter, Kirsten M. Pedro of Mildred; two sons, Dakota W. Pedro of Japan, and Wyatt E. Pedro at home; a sister, Fay A. (Julio Cruz) Pedro of Laceyville; two step-brothers, Scott C. Gray of Wyalusing, and Brett W. Gray of Camptown; a niece, Kelcey Hamilton; and seven nephews, Bowen Minier, Jubei Cruz, Aragon Cruz, Eric Hamilton, Nicholas Savage, Brandon Israel, and Rhett Gray.
The family will hold a celebration of Eddy’s life from noon-3 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 22, at the Forksville Inn, 5048 PA-87, Forksville.
