* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches and ice accumulations of one tenth to two tenths of an inch are possible.

* WHERE...Portions of south-central Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...Onset of mixed precipitation early Thursday morning, continuing at various rates Thursday afternoon into Friday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on difficult travel conditions,

including during the morning commute on Thursday. Significant reductions in visibility are possible.
