Northwestern Northumberland County in central Pennsylvania...

North central Snyder County in central Pennsylvania...

Southeastern Lycoming County in north central Pennsylvania...

Montour County in central Pennsylvania...

Columbia County in central Pennsylvania...

Eastern Union County in central Pennsylvania...

* Until 315 PM EDT.

* At 1212 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to bands of

showers and thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the

advisory area. Additional showers and storms will continue to form

and move over the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...

Bloomsburg, Berwick, Milton, Lewisburg, Danville, Northumberland,

Mifflinburg, Winfield, Muncy, Watsontown, Hughesville, Riverside,

Montgomery, Linntown, Mifflinville, Lightstreet, Almedia, New

Columbia, Montandon and Penns Creek.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood

deaths occur in vehicles.

Stay away or be swept away. River banks and culverts can become

unstable and unsafe.
