Heavy rains are continuing to bring concern of flooding to central Pennsylvania. 

Parts of our area are under a Flood Advisory, and some are under a Flash Flood Watch - see map.  A portion of Northumberland County is under a Flood Warning meaning flooding is imminent or already occurring.

The West Branch Susquehanna River at Williamsport is forecast to reach 16.3 feet on Thursday, this level would be well into the Caution Stage and could affect low lying roads, parks, swimming and boating. See current river forecast. 

The Lycoming, Loyalsock and Muncy Creek watersheds all saw rainfall over an inch in a few measuring locations. See Lycoming County's Creek level and rain monitoring website.
