The Lycoming County Commissioners have scheduled three public outreach meetings this month to offer county residents the chance to ask about the proposed 2020 Lycoming County Budget. The budget proposal will be available for the public to view starting on November 19 on the County Website.

To see the proposed budget on paper, it will be available in these locations and hours on or after November 19: 

  • Office of the Commissioners, the Controller’s Office, Fiscal Services Office, Second Floor, Executive Plaza, 330 Pine Street, Williamsport, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
  • The Treasurers’ Office, 33 West Third Street, Williamsport, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
  • The James V. Brown Library, 19 East Fourth Street, Williamsport, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Saturday

Public discussions on the proposed budget will be held at the following locations and dates from 6 to 7:30 p.m.:

  • Nov. 19: Old Lycoming Fire Department, 1600 Dewey Avenue, Williamsport
  • Nov. 20: Picture Rocks Fire Department, 181 Main Street, Picture Rocks
  • Nov. 21: Lycoming County Commissioners' Board Room, Executive Plaza, 330 Pine Street, Williamsport
