Twelve individuals recently were sentenced for crimes in Tioga County Court, according to documents filed May 24, 2019. They are:

- Dakota Woodard, 25, of Levittown, five years intermediate punishment, concurrent to all other sentences, phase one nine months probation Tioga County Prison, furloughed to Retreat Lancaster completion, phase two three months electronic monitoring, phase three probation, $250 fine, DNA testing, for first degree felony delivery of a controlled substance (bath salts).

Woddard also was sentenced to the same intermediate punishment plan to run concurrently to all other sentences, and $250 fine, for first degree felony delivery of a controlled substance (heroin). 

- Judy Simpson, 58, of Westfield, 12 months probation for second degree misdemeanor recklessly endangering another person. 

- Sean Michael Holleran, 34, of Tioga, 18 to 48 months State Correctional Institution, with 429 days credit for time served, cost of response team, and $100 fine, for first degree possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Holleran also was sentenced to 12 to 24 months State Correctional Institution, consecutive to all other counts, 9 months Recidivism Risk Reduction Incentive, and DNA sample for possession of a controlled substance (red phosphate). 

- Craig Richard Kronthaler, 41, of Carlisle, 72 days to six months Tioga County Prison, 12 months drivers license suspension and 12 months ignition interlock for first degree misdemeanor tier three DUI, first offense. 

- Shawn Michael Wilcox, 43, of Elmira, New York, 85 days to 24 months minus one day Tioga Country Prison, with credit for time served, released to immediate parole, DNA testing, $150 fine, and no contact with the victims for third degree felony criminal trespassing.

Wilcox also was sentenced to one to 12 months Tioga County Prison, concurrent to all other counts, with credit for time served and immediate parole, $100 fine for second degree misdemeanor simple assault.

Wilcox also was fined $500 for first degree misdemeanor use/possession of drug paraphernalia. 

- Michael L. Gower, 52, of Wellsboro, 12 months probation for second degree misdemeanor simple assault, and cost of prosecution for third degree misdemeanor defiant trespass. 

- Jay K. Brown, 37, of Cherry Hill, New Jersey, 25 days to 24 months minus one day Tioga County Prison, with credit for time served and eligibility for immediate parole, $100 fine, DNA testing, and no contact with the victim for third degree felony criminal trespass - enter structure.

- Dennis James Wrolson, 25, of Tioga, 30 days to 12 months Tioga County Prison, with credit for time served and eligibility for immediate parole, $100 fine for third degree misdemeanor harassment. 

- Skylar Brittany Williams, 28, of Altoona, 90 days to five years minus one day Tioga County Prison, 90 days electronic home monitoring to be set up with Blair County by Friday, May 31, 2019, 12 months drivers license suspension, 12 months ignition interlock, $1,500 fine for first degree misdemeanor tier three DUI. 

- Tommy Lee Thompson, 28, of Middlebury Center, 12 months probation and $4,156.79 restitution to First Citizens Bank for first degree misdemeanor bad checks. 

- Johnnie L. Tillman IV, 31, of Auburn, New York, 71 days to 15 months Tioga County Prison, with credit for time served and eligibility for immediate parole for second degree misdemeanor resisting arrest. 

- Nicholas P. Hurd, 27, of Tioga, 20 days to 12 months Tioga County Prison with credit for time served and eligibility for immediate parole, $50 fine, $49.20 restitution to Sheetz for second degree misdemeanor retail theft.

Hurd also was sentenced to 53 days to 12 months Tioga County Prison with credit for time served and immediate parole, concurrent to all other sentences, $50 fine for second degree misdemeanor retail theft.

Hurd also was sentenced to 14-56 months Tioga County Prison, with 186 days credit for time served, and DNA testing for second degree felony aggravated assault - victim less than 6 and defendant 18 or older.
