Pennsylvania State Police in Milton investigated a number of recent incidents in Northumberland, Union and Montour counties:

Harassment Physical Contact, Nov. 4, 2019 at 3:19 p.m. at Michael Lane and Turbot Ave., Delaware Township, Northumberland County. Police said Richard Guffey, 51, of Allenwood, Maxine Black, 78, of Watsontown, and Courtney Guffey, 31, of Watsontown, were all involved in a verbal argument. The argument became physical when they three involved began to shove and strike each other. They were then separated without further incident. All three people involved are being charged with harassment.

Criminal Mischief Under $1,000, Nov. 3, 2019 at 4:18 p.m. at 500 block of Johnstown Rd., West Buffalo Township, Union County. Police said an older model brown General Motors full-size van entered the parking lot and intentionally spun stones against the building damaging a garage door. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Milton.

Found Property, Nov. 3, 2019 at 3:26 p.m. at 505 Broad St., Kelly Township, Union County. Police said someone found a set of car keys on the ground at the West Milton Post Office.

Theft, Between 11 p.m. Oct. 25 and 6 a.m. Oct. 26, 2019 at 100 block of Pottsgrove Rd., Liberty Township, Montour County. Police said an unknown actor(s) stole the victim’s mailbox and placed road cones at the end of the driveway. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Milton and reference incident number PA19-1423466.

Drug Possession, Oct. 20, 2019 at 10:05 a.m. at 2163 I-180 East, Liberty Township, Montour County. Police conducted a welfare check on a disabled motorist. Upon contacting the operator of the vehicle, an odor of alcoholic beverage was detected. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the operator, Brian Drinkwine, 24, of Saint James, N.Y., was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and a controlled substance. He also was in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, police said. Charges were filed.

Theft Disposition of Funds, Between Jan. 10 and May 31, 2018 at 300 block of Klondike Rd., Liberty Township, Montour County. Police are investigating an incident in which an unknown actor opened a Verizon account with the victim’s information. Total amount taken was $4,472. The investigation is ongoing.
