UPDATE: As of 3 p.m. PennDOT has lifted the vehicle restrictions and has restored the speed limit on I-80 in Centre and Clearfield counties.
9:36 a.m. update: Both lanes of Interstate 80 eastbound in Columbia County are open.
10:05 a.m. update: Both lanes of Route 15 southbound are open.
9:20 a.m. update: Both lanes of Route 15 northbound and southbound in Liberty Township, Tioga County are open.
Motorists are advised of a lane restriction on Route 15 southbound near the merge point with Interstate 180, commonly referred to as the spur, in the City of Williamsport, Lycoming County.

As winter weather conditions across the north central region improve, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is lifting some restrictions across the area.

In response to winter weather conditions across the north central region, PennDOT is providing an update to motorists.
Montoursville, Pa. – PennDOT is urging motorists to avoid unnecessary travel but those who must head out will see speeds reduced to 45 mph on the following highways:
Hollidaysburg, Pa. – Due to the severity of the winter storm, PennDOT is temporarily restricting certain vehicles on Interstate 99 in Bedford, Blair and Centre Counties and Interstate 70 in Bedford and Fulton Counties in Pennsylvania.
Lane restrictions continue next week on Interstate 180 eastbound and westbound lanes in Delaware Township, Northumberland County, for crack sealing.
