Criminal Mischief - 5/20/19 at 8:23 a.m. 100 block of First Fork Road, Mifflin Township. An unknown actor damaged a concrete bench with wooden slats. Damage estimated at $200. Anyone with information may contact PSP.
Harassment Physical Contact - 5/19/19 at 9:07 p.m. at Carpenters Lane, Muncy Township. Police said two women got into a verbal altercation that became physical. Both were cited for harassment.
Harassment Physical Contact - 5/18/19 at 3:30 a.m. at Log Run Road, Loyalsock Township. Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon speaking to both parties involved, police determined physical contact was made during a verbal argument. Steve Guthrie, 33, of Williamsport, was charged with harassment.
Harassment Physical Contact - 5/16/19 at 9 p.m. at Liberty Drive, Loyalsock Township. Police said James Hall, 31, of Williamsport, struck a victim numerous times with his elbow, finger and cell phone. He was charged with harassment.
Burglary Residential No Force - 5/15/19 at 9 p.m. at 100 block of Whyne Road, Piatt Township. An unknown actor(s) entered a victim's home without force and stole a 42-inch Vizio HDTV and a small amount of change. Anyone with information may contact PSP.
Criminal Mischief - 5/14/19 at 6:25 a.m. at Lycoming Creek Road, Loyalsock Township. Police said an unknown actor drove through a victim's yard in a 2004 Chevrolet Astro van. Anyone with information may contact PSP.
Drug Possession - 5/9/19 at 12:25 a.m. at S. Market Street and E. 7th Ave., South Williamsport. Police stopped a vehicle driven by Tina Case, 53, of Sodus, N.Y., for traffic violations. It was determined Case was under the influence of a controlled substance. She was arrested for suspicion of DUI and arraigned in front of on call District Magistrate William C. Solomon. Case was remanded to Lycoming County Prison and bail was set at $7,500.
Harassment Physical Contact - 5/5/19 at 11:26 a.m. at 2900 block of Lycoming Creek Road, Loyalsock Township. Damian Colegrove, 36, of Williamsport, allegedly assaulted a victim.
DUI on View Alcohol - 5/3/19 at 2:17 a.m. at W. Third and Laurel streets, Williamsport. Police stopped Sierra Young-Bey, 21, of Williamsport, for a traffic violation. Upon further investigation, police determined she was under the influence of alcohol. While being taken into custody, Young-Bey became combative, police said. She was arraigned in front of District Magistrate William C. Solomon and was remanded to Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $15,000 bail.
Retail Theft - 4/30/19 between 9:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. 5/4/19 at Shoe Carnival, 1740 E. Third Street, Loyalsock Township. Police said an unidentified black male entered the store, tried on a new pair of shoes, put his old ones in the box and then allegedly left the store without paying. Shoes taken include black Docker dress shoes and brown steel toe Wolverine boots. Police said a possible first name for the suspect is Ian. Anyone with information may contact PSP.
Harassment Physical Contact - 4/30/19 at 7:41 p.m. at 1400 block of Alvin Avenue, Loyalsock Township. Police responded to the residence for a welfare check after a domestic incident. Timothy Hannan, 28, of Williamsport, left the residence after getting into a verbal argument with the victim. The victim reportedly told police that Hannan may have inflicted cut wounds to himself. Hannan was found on Richard Avenue and police discovered he was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Upon further investigation, police found Hannan allegedly struck the victim in the head with a cell phone. Charges were filed at the office of District Magistrate Gary A. Whiteman in Montoursville.
DUI on View Drugs - 4/20/19 at 9:50 p.m. at 232 I-180 East, Montoursville. Police pulled over David Schelling, 59, of St. Augustine, Fla., for speeding and discovered he was impaired. He was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI as well as drug possession.
Drug Possession - 4/11/19 at 12:50 a.m. at Washington Boulevard and Railway Street, Williamsport. Police pulled over Jorge Castro, 41, of Montgomery and found he was impaired while operating his vehicle. While being taken into custody, police found narcotics on his possession.
Theft by Deception ID Theft - 4/10/19 at 9:51 a.m. at 2700 block of Lycoming Creek Road, Loyalsock Township. Police received a report of identity theft. An unknown actor from an unknown location attempted to withdraw funds from a Robo Construction bank account with counterfeit checks. Anyone with information on this incident may contact PSP.
