Lewisburg - A 44-year-old Lock Haven woman is charged with simple assault and harassment after allegedly pushing a man out of a moving vehicle in Union County this past summer.

State Police at Milton said they were called to Evangelical Community Hospital on June 12, 2019, to speak with the victim, who told them Misty Dawn Reynolds of 330 S. Fairview St., Lock Haven, had pushed him out of her vehicle while traveling across the Milton River Bridge.

The victim told police he met Reynolds on the dating app, Plenty of Fish, and she came to his residence to pick him up. They were supposed to go to Montgomery to see her family, he said, but as they traveled out of Milton, he said he was pushed from the moving vehicle by Reynolds. There had been no prior altercation, the victim told police.

The victim was treated for cuts and scratches on his knees, elbows and hip.

Reynolds is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Oct. 24, 2019, in front of Magisterial District Judge Richard P. Cashman.
