A juvenile victim received an explicit photo via Facebook Messenger that a Muncy man said he mistakenly sent to many of his Facebook friends, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Kyle Lee Aunkst, 29, of Wolf Township, Muncy Borough, was charged with disseminating explicit sexual material via electronic communication, indecent exposure and open lewdness, all misdemeanors.
"Aunkst advised me that he sent the image of his exposed image to multiple friends via Facebook by mistake," Trooper Ernest Capobianco wrote.
Aunkst was taken into custody on November 16, 2019, on an unrelated state parole warrant.
Aunkst has a criminal history of possession of a controlled substance, retail theft and receiving stolen property, court records stated.
He was incarcerated at Lycoming County Prison on November 16, 2019, in lieu of $25,000 straight bail set by Magisterial District Judge Jon E. Kemp.
