In the early morning hours of Monday, Williamsport Bureau of Police officers were dispatched to the area of the Bridge St. Apartments, 300 block of Bridge Street, Williamsport in reference to shots fired.

Upon arrival, officers reported locating a single victim shot dead while seated in a vehicle in front of 326 Bridge St.

The Lycoming County Coroner identified the victim as Amir Nobles, age 27, from 5540 Locust Street, Philadelphia, Pa. 

The manner of death is being ruled homicide with an autopsy scheduled for Tuesday morning by Forensic Pathology Associates in Allentown. The

investigation is continuing by the Lycoming County Coroner’s Office and Williamsport Bureau of Police.
