A sentencing date was set for Heidi A. White, 52, of Lamar, who was found guilty by jury of conspiracy burglary, conspiracy theft by unlawful taking, and conspiracy receiving stolen property.
White will be sentenced by Lycoming County Judge Eric R. Linhardt on December 9, 2019.
White and Devin Sue Hoffman, 34, of Williamsport, stole jewelry from the home of a Washington Township woman while she was at the hospital, the Lock Haven Express reported.
A jury found White guilty of first degree felony conspiracy burglary - overnight accommodation no person present and one ungraded felony count each of conspiracy to commit theft and conspiracy to receive stolen property, on October 24, 2019.
The same three conspiracy charges against Hoffman were dismissed by the Commonwealth when she pleaded guilty to one third degree felony count of theft by unlawful taking on August 6, 2019.
Hoffman was sentenced by Lycoming County Judge Marc F. Lovecchio to 14 to 29 days incarceration, with 29 days credit for time served, two and a half years probation, and 50 hours community service for that crime.
White was remanded to the Lycoming County Prison to await sentencing and her $25,000 bail was revoked on October 24, 2019.
