Pennsylvania State Police in Montoursville investigated a number of recent incidents in Lycoming County:
DUI Crash Drugs, Jan. 12, 2020 at 5:35 p.m. at U.S. Route 15, Clinton Township. Police responded to a report of an unresponsive male on the side of U.S. Route 15. Upon arrival, police found out he was in an accident and left the scene. Drug paraphernalia was later discovered on the driver’s person and in his vehicle. Charges are pending at the office of District Magistrate Jon E. Kemp.
Found Property, Jan. 10, 2020 at 5:09 p.m. at TJ Maxx, 1734 E. Third St., Loyalsock Township. Police received a report of a lost wallet found outside of the store. The wallet is a Kate Spade, black in color with a penguin on the front. Anyone looking for this wallet should contact PSP Montoursville.
Harassment Physical Contact, Jan. 10, 2020 at 12:19 a.m. at 12986 Wallis Run Rd., Plunketts Creek Township. Police said Amber Bachle, 31, of Williamsport, engaged in an argument with a male victim. During the dispute, she struck the male in the face and then left the residence. Police responded to the residence and made contact with Bachle. During the interview, Bachle admitted to striking the victim, police said. Summary harassment charges were filed at the office of District Magistrate Gary A. Whiteman.
Harassment Physical Contact, Jan. 9, 2020 at 5:21 p.m. at 2705 Route 87, Plunketts Creek Township. Police were dispatched to a residence for a report of an altercation between a couple. Both parties were cited with harassment through District Magistrate Gary A. Whiteman.
Burglary Residential No Force, Jan. 7, 2020 at Northway Rd., Loyalsock Township. Police began investigating a burglary in which the actor(s) entered an apartment and stole $899 from the victim. The investigation is ongoing.
Theft All Other, Jan. 7, 2020 at 1:39 p.m. at Engle Run Dr., Plunketts Creek Township. Police said a victim was contacted via email from a fraudulent Amazon Prime account informing her that her membership had expired. The victim provided the false account with personal information and was out $481.10.
Disorderly Conduct, Jan. 5, 2020, at 1:21 p.m. at Giant, 1969 E. Third St., Loyalsock Township. Police responded to a welfare check incident. Upon arriving on the scene, the trooper made contact with Danyel Fabiano, 38, of Hughesville, who was unresponsive on a bench. Further investigation indicated she was intoxicated via alcohol. A preliminary breath test indicated her alcohol level was .34 percent. She was transported to UPMC Williamsport for medical evaluation. Public drunkenness and disorderly conduct charges were filed at the office of District Magistrate Gary A. Whiteman.
Theft/Crime by Deception, Jan. 5, 2020 at 1300 block of Morgan Ave., Loyalsock Township. Police responded to a report of a theft that occurred in the Kmart parking lot. Upon arrival, police determined two males made a deal where one would receive an Xbox One console for an iPhone XR. The victim provided the Xbox One before receiving the iPhone and the suspect then fled the scene to his residence. The Xbox One was later returned to the victim. No charges were filed in connection with this case, as the victim did not wish to cooperate with charges.
Harassment Physical Contact, Dec. 31, 2019 at 1:04 p.m. at Peterman Lane, Wolf Township. Police said Randy Ritter, 54, of Hughesville, threatened to smash a female victim’s head into a wall. He was cited for harassment.
Drug Possession, Dec. 31, 2019 at 11:10 a.m. at Lycoming Creek Rd., Loyalsock Township. Police responded to a report of an unresponsive male. The 61-year-old male of Williamsport was revived with Naloxone. The caller and the 61-year-old male were uncooperative. The 61-year-old was then charged with possession – small amount and paraphernalia. Old Lycoming Township Police Department and Susquehanna Regional EMS assisted at the scene.
Burglary Commercial No Force, Between 2:30 p.m. Dec. 20, 2019 and 7 a.m. Jan. 2, 2020 at Browns Tree Farm, 230 Stan Warn Rd., Moreland Township. Police said someone made entry into the farm through the south entrance and stole four Echo chainsaws, three Stihl weedwhackers and a battery tender. The value of the stolen items is approximately $2,700. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Montoursville and reference incident number PA2020-9965.
DUI on View Alcohol, Dec. 27, 2019 at 11:20 p.m. at Roosevelt and Green avenues, Old Lycoming Township. Police pulled over a vehicle driven by Marc Jackson, 49, of Collegeville, for a traffic violation and found he was driving under the influence. He was arrested and charges are pending toxicology results.
DUI on View Drugs, Dec. 27, 2019 at 8:21 p.m. at Park Ave. and Herdic St., Williamsport City. Police pulled over a vehicle driven by Albert Crane, 58, of Williamsport, for a traffic violation and determined he was driving under the influence. He was arrested and charges are pending toxicology results.
Assault Bodily Injury No Weapon, Dec. 26, 2019 at 10:30 p.m. at Odell Rd., Fairfield Township. Police received a report of an assault. Following an investigation, police charged David Bacon, 58, of Muncy, with simple assault and a summary of harassment.
Criminal Mischief Under $1,000, Dec. 25, 2019 at 3:45 a.m. at 1523 Bloomingrove Rd., Loyalsock Township. Police said someone flattened a victim’s car tires with what appeared to be a knife while it was parked along the road. The vehicle was a 2000 Nissan X-Terra. DUI on View Drugs, Dec. 23, 2019 at 12:26 a.m. at Long and Muthler lanes, Nippenose Township. Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Kenneth Hensler, 73, of Salladasburg, for multiple traffic violations. Upon contact, police determined her was under the influence. The investigation is ongoing.
DUI on View Alcohol, Dec. 22, 2019 at 2:35 a.m. at Warrensville Rd. and Route 973 East, Eldred Township. Police pulled over a vehicle driven by a 28-year-old man of Liberty. The operator was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Blood results indicated his blood alcohol content level was .205 percent. Charges are pending at the office of District Magistrate Gary A. Whiteman.
DUI on View Alcohol, Dec. 21, 2019 at 2:31 a.m. at Lycoming Mall Dr. and Confair Blvd., Fairfield Township. Police pulled over a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver, a 50-year-old woman of Montoursville, was found to be under the influence of alcohol. She was taken into custody. Charges are pending at the office of District Magistrate Gary A. Whiteman.
Harassment Physical Contact, Dec. 7, 2019 at 12:41 a.m. at Turkey Path Rd., Anthony Township. Police said Shiloh Flannigan, 20, of Salladasburg, got into an argument with a male victim and struck him in the face several times. Charges for simple assault and harassment were filed.
DUI Crash Alcohol, Dec. 1, 2019 at 2:19 a.m. at E. Plaza Dr. and Route 405, Wolf Township. Police said Rylan Lewis, 21, of Hughesville, was driving a Subaru WRX and failed to stop at a stop sign on Elm Dr. and Route 405. He traveled across Route 405, struck a curb and came to rest in a gravel parking lot. Police said Lewis had been drinking alcohol. Charges were filed at the office of District Magistrate Jon E. Kemp.
Theft All other, Between 1 p.m. Nov. 12 and 3 p.m. Nov. 19, 2019 at Mosquito Valley Rd., Armstrong Township. Police said unknown callers obtained gift card numbers from victims, resulting in a $2,000 loss.
