A 24-year old woman conspired with her boyfriend to sell narcotics from their Muncy Borough home, Lycoming County District Attorney's Office Narcotics Enforcement Unit reported.

Sarah J. Longmeyer, 24, of North Main Street, Muncy, allegedly packaged four suspected Suboxone strips into a plastic wrapper and gave them to her boyfriend, Leonard N. Dubose, also known as "Jooks Da Blood."

In Longmeyer's presence, Jooks Da Blood then sold the suspected Suboxone to a confidential informant for $60 on December 18, 2019, Detective Curtis M. Loudenslager wrote in an affidavit.

Jooks Da Blood also sold heroin to a CI from their Muncy Borough home on Sept. 26, 2019, and October 10, 2019, Detective Loudenslager wrote.

Longmeyer was arrested on December 19, 2019, and charged with one ungraded felony count of conspiracy delivery of a controlled substance.

She was incarcerated at the Lycoming County Prison from December 20, 2019, to January 3, 2020, unable to post the $50,000 monetary bail set for her by District Judge Jon E. Kemp.

Judge Kemp changed her bail type to $50,000 unsecured on January 3, 2020, which she posted that day.

Longmeyer is scheduled for a formal arraignment before Common Pleas Judge Ryan M. Tira on January 27, 2020.
