***Police Activity*** 1/28/18 – 2/3/18

1/28 – 1200 block Spruce St – An Officer responded to the report of a fall victim.

1/28 – 10 block Rockey Ln – An Officer responded to the report of a medical alarm. Upon arrival, he found it to be a false alarm.

1/28 – 400 block Jordan Ave – An Officer responded to the report of loud noise. Upon arrival, the Officer could not hear any loud noise but learned there was an ongoing dispute among tenants.

1/29 – 400 block Jordan Ave – An Officer responded to the report of a possible heart attack.

1/29 – 10 block Rockey Ln – An Officer responded to the report of a possible stroke.

1/29 – Indian Park – A motorist on the highway reported that they saw a person fall through the ice in Indian Park. Police, Fire and EMS responded. An ice fisherman was found fishing but no one fell through the ice.

1/29 – 900 block Plaza Dr – An Officer responded to the report of a hold up alarm. Upon arrival, it was learned it was a false alarm.

1/30 – One Main – An Officer responded to a hold up alarm. Upon arrival, it was learned an angry customer had threatened an employee. The victim declined prosecution. The customer was given notice against trespassing.

1/30 – 800 block Tule St – An Officer took a report that someone lost a passport. The lost passport was reported to the Dept of State.

1/30 – I-180 – An Officer responded to assist motorist with a disabled vehicle. The Officer provided a safe location until someone could come and jumpstart the car.

1/30 – 700 block Chestnut – An Officer responded to a burglar alarm. It was found to be a false alarm.

1/31 – 400 block Mulberry St – An Officer took a report that some items were taken from an unsecure vehicle.

1/31 – Fairview Dr and Brushy Ridge –An Officer responded to a vehicle crash with no injuries.

1/31 – 400 block Weldon St – An Officer took a report that a father had been assaulted by his adult son and suffered injuries. The Officer obtained an arrest warrant. Later two Officers located the son at the residence and took him into custody on charges of Terroristic Threats and Simple Assault. He was placed in the Lycoming County Prison after failing to post bail.

1/31 – High School – An Officer investigated the report of Sexting.

1/31 – 100 block Broad St – An Officer responded to the report of an unruly child in a parking lot. Upon arrival, it was learned that the child was not listening to his father and didn’t want to go inside. The Officer convinced the child to go inside and calmed him down.

1/31 – Walmart – An Officer took a report of retail theft. See previous post from 1/31.

2/1 – 300 block Streighbeigh Ln – An Officer responded to the report of a vehicle crash with no injuries.

2/1 – Walmart – An Officer responded to the report of a vehicle crash with no injuries.

2/1 – 100 block S Loyalsock Ave – An Officer responded to the report of a domestic disturbance. It was only verbal and no Police action was needed.

2/1 – 600 block Weaver St – An Officer responded to the report of a vehicle crash with no injuries.

2/2 – 1400 block Jordan Ave – An Officer responded to the report of a missing child. The Child was found before the Officer arrived.

2/2 – Walmart – An Officer responded to the report of a customer having $1300 in cash stolen from her. See previous post with pictures.

2/2 – 800 block Chestnut St – An Officer responded to the report of a fall victim.

2/2 – N Loyalsock Ave and Claire Rd – An Officer conducted a vehicle stop for a tail light out. Drug paraphernalia was located. Charges will be filed.

2/3 – Turkey Hill – An Officer responded to the report of an unruly customer. Upon arrival, the Officer noticed the man was intoxicated and had urinated in his pants. A citation for Public Drunkenness will be filed.

2/3 – 900 block Plaza Dr – An Officer responded to the report of a burglar alarm. Upon arrival, it was found to be a false alarm.

2/3 – 700 block Jordan Ave – An Officer responded to the report of a suicide attempt. Upon arrived the Officer found the subject who needed medical attention. EMS transported the subject to the hospital.
