Charges against a Bradford County man are being pressed for a domestic incident on February 4 in Ulster Township.
Pennsylvania State Police were called to a home in Ulster Township at 4:24 p.m. on Feb. 4, where a female minor told the officers that Christopher Shulas had body slammed her and choked her. When the female stood up, Shulas allegedly stiff armed her, knocking her down again, then left the residence on foot.
According to an affidavit filed by Trooper Nathan Smith in Judge Todd Carr's Towanda office, the PSP troopers found Shulas walking along Lenox Road about a half hour later.
Charges of strangulation, endangering welfare of children, terroristic threats, simple assault, and harassment are being filed against Shulas.
