Emergency responders on scene at the Jersey Shore High School. 

The morning of Friday, November 22, the Jersey Shore School District recevied a bomb threat and released the following statement on their Facebook page:

"This morning we received a message regarding a bomb threat. The High School was evacuated according to our all hazards plan. All students are safe and secure. Students will not be permitted back into the High School until the school is cleared. High School students may be picked up at the Jersey Shore Middle School per our reunification procedures. Please have identification on you to pick up your child.

Middle School Students will remain at the Middle School and complete their day."

Reports from the scene indicate bomb sniffing dogs will soon be on site.
