LOCK HAVEN, Pa. — Lock Haven University’s Center for Global Engagement and the Mill Hall Post Office will host a “Passport Day” from 9 am to 3 pm on Wednesday, October 9, 2019, in the Parson’s Union Building (PUB) room No. 4, on the campus of LHU.

The event is open to LHU students, faculty and staff, as well as the Lock Haven community. Two reserved parking spaces will be available in the PUB parking lot along Railroad Street for visitors who do not have a campus-parking permit.

Those wishing to apply for a passport for the first time must bring a passport-sized photo, a completed DS-11 form, an original birth certificate with the raised seal and a valid driver’s license or state identification card. Out of state driver’s license holders must present two photo IDs. Passport photos also can be taken on site.

Complete passport application costs are $160 (separate checks for $110 for the Department of State and $50 for the USPS). Passport renewal forms also will be available.
