Pennsdale - The Muncy Township Fire Company has announced its fall schedule of activities.

The Pennsdale Haunted Barn returns for its 9th year of scares in the Old Butcher Shop Barn on the grounds of the Pennsdale Fire Company, 261 Village Road. The Haunted Barn features Over 5,376 square feet of frights around every corner, sure to scare those who are brave enough to enter. The Pennsdale Haunted Barn is open from 7 to 11 p.m. the last three Saturdays in October (12, 19 and 26).

Tickets are $10 per person and include a ticket for the Pennsdale Hay Ride. The Haunted Barn attraction is recommended for ages 12 and older.

Those who are looking for a more traditional fall experience can take advantage of the Pennsdale Hay Ride, which takes place during the same time and dates but is not haunted. Tickets for the Hay Ride are $3 per person.

"We continue to find ways to create the scariest themed rooms each year, so returning visitors never know what to expect around the corner," said Dawn Palmatier, spokeswoman for Pennsdale Haunted Barn.

Faddies food truck will be on site during the operation of the Haunted Barn.

This annual event is the main fundraiser for the Muncy Township Fire Company.

Tickets may be purchased in advance at hauntedbarn.org using PayPal or major credit cards. Tickets also will be sold at the door.  For more information, visit hauntedbarn.orgor www.facebook.com/PennsdaleHauntedBarn.
