Head Start and Early Head Start provide early education experiences from prenatal until kindergarten entry, along with

extensive family support, at no cost to the families served. ELRC serves both families seeking child care and child care providers, ultimately helping to make high-quality child care more accessible in Lycoming, Clinton, and Tioga counties. The endowment fund will provide a permanent source of funding that will grow over time and allow for strategic planning, resiliency, and innovative programming.
