LOCK HAVEN, Pa. — Lock Haven University will hold a community health fair from 1-6 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 11, 2019, on Ivy Lane on the LHU campus. In the event of inclement weather, the event will be held in Rogers Gymnasium.
UPMC Susquehanna will be the presenting sponsor for the event, as well as one of many vendors. Other vendors include: Aids Resource Alliance, Aramark/LHU Dining, Avenue 209 Coffee House, Be One Fitness Center, Clinton County Economic Partnership &Vistor's Bureau, DeWald Chiropractic, Empower Retirement, First National Bank, Geisinger Health and Wellness (combined with Geisinger Jersey Shore Hospital), Hear the Birds Hearing Aid Center, Highmark Blue Shield, LHU Physician Assistant Program, LHU Student Recreation Center/LHU Employee Wellness Committee, Optum Health (SEAP Vendor), PennDOT, Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union (PSECU), Phoenix Rehabilitation and Health Services Inc., Powers Health Center, Rite Aid Pharmacy, Schuchert Orthodontics, SERS, The Meadows and UCBH, United Concordia Dental and West Branch Drug and Alcohol Abuse Commission.
The Clark McLane Band will perform at 6 p.m. at the amphitheater and there also will be several activities scheduled throughout the event including WSQV’s Rockin’ Road Show, a fly fishing demonstration, fitness programs and classes and a nature trail walk (weather permitting).
