WILLIAMSPORT – Kirk Fisher, owner of Homewatch CareGivers of Williamsport, won the “Power of Perseverance” and “Enhancing Quality Care One Hour at a Time” awards at the company’s recent annual conference and awards ceremony in Boulder, Colorado.
The 2019 Homewatch CareGivers Annual Conference, titled “Innovating Together,” brought the entire organization together to celebrate the brand’s commitment to innovation, system-wide growth including year-over-year same-store growth that outpaced the industry average and its position as a leader in the home and healthcare industries.
“The “Power of Perseverance Award” is special in that it recognizes a franchisee who continues to uphold Homewatch CareGivers’ standard of excellence no matter the circumstances,” said Jennifer Tucker, COO of Homewatch CareGivers. “That, along with the “Enhancing Quality Care One Hour at a Time” award validates Kirk’s dedication to his clients, the Williamsport community and Homewatch CareGivers.”
The Homewatch CareGivers corporate team completed comprehensive assessments to select the winner of the prestigious awards. They recognized Kirk with the “Power of Perseverance” for continuing to persevere through challenges and never giving up on the pursuit of a well-run quality home care company. Kirk was also awarded the “Enhancing Quality Care One Hour at a Time” award due to his completion of 30,000 plus caregiving hours with a compassionate, knowledgeable and thoughtful approach to care.
“My goal everyday is to provide our clients with the high quality service they have come to expect from Homewatch CareGivers,” said Fisher. “These awards serve as motivation moving forward as we continue to serve members of the Williamsport community.”
The conference centered on franchisees like Fisher who were able to take center stage and share best practices, lessons learned and use their expertise to help the entire franchise system be successful.
