Dr. Hale and his wife owned this beautiful condo which is now for sale through Fish Real Estate. This sale will be at the condo’s which are on Pentridge Cove. The exact address is 1727 Pentridge Cove, in Loyalsock. This is off of Sycamore and Waldman in Loyalsock township. Parking is only allowed by people with disabilities within the condominium road on Pentridge Cove. All customers need to park on Waldman and walk up to the condominium unless they are picking something up or dropping an individual off! DO NOT PARK IN MAILBOXES OR DRIVEWAYS! With that being said, you will see there is not anywhere else to park for our customers. The driveway parking will not be allowed unless you are picking an item up! Your understanding this situation is of utmost importance and we did pay to advertise these special parking provisions in the local paper’s as well! We do not want to anger any of the residents of this condominium complex! Your respect of their need to enter and exit their own residences and respecting the postal service’s need to deliver the mail is appreciated in advance!
