Williamsport – Splash Cove at Memorial Park will not be opening this weekend, June 1 and 2, due to more inclement weather this past week.

“Unfortunately due to all the rain this week Public Works employees were unable to complete the remaining maintenance items (i.e.painting) in order for Splash Cove to open this weekend,” said Jess Novinger, Director of Recreation.

The pool will, however, be offering $20.00 off any family season membership purchased on Saturday, June 1st from 12 – 4 PM, on site at Splash Cove. Adult season memberships will be $10 off, and Student and Senior memberships will be $5 off.

"We apologize for the inconvenience and we look forward to a sunny summer at Splash Cove!" Novinger said.

Splash Cove will be opening June 8 for daily operating hours, weather permitting, from 1 to 7 PM with adult swim, for those 18 and older, from 12 to 1 PM. Season pass and daily admission rates will remain the same as last two years.
