Cindy Knier is one of two News Editors at NorthcentralPA.com.
She can trace the beginning of journalism in her life as early as the age of three, when her first article was scrawled in green crayon on the living room wall. Her inner journalist was suppressed until the age of 37, when she began working as a reporter, and then managing editor, of The Muncy Luminary. She studied Mass Media Communication at the Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport in 2009-2010 and continuing to study online at Empire-SUNY. Additionally, she works as a substitute school bus driver for Brelsford Transportation, Inc. She has been married to her high school sweetheart since 1981, has two teen-aged children, three cats, and a dog.
