Rosalie M. “Sis” Warner, 68, of Muncy, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2011, at the Gatehouse Hospice Unit, Williamsport.

Born June 21, 1943, in Williamsport, she was the daughter of the late Herman H. and Maxine M. (Bartlett) Braim.

Sis was a member of Grace Baptist Church, Muncy, Muncy Legion Post 268 Ladies Auxiliary and was a social member of the Muncy VFW Post 3428. She also worked as a bookkeeper for the Muncy VFW.

Sis enjoyed traveling, cooking, playing cards, making people laugh and spending time with her family. She was an avid Penn State and Philadelphia Eagle football fan.

Surviving are two sons and one daughter-in-law, Edward M. and Michele Vining, of Turbotville and Harry L. Vining, of Williamsport; three daughters and sons-in-law, Karole D. and Thomas Smith, of Montoursville, Daisy J. and Scott Danielson, of Grove City and Susan K. and Darren Schweikart, of Muncy; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Judy J. and Earl Wertman, of Leesburg, Fla. and Viola A. Zimmerman, of Watsontown; 15 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and her loving companion of 22 years, Leon Clayton Sr., of Muncy.

In addition to her parent, Rosalie was predeceased by a brother, Herman Braim Jr., and a sister, Darlene Braim.

Family and friends are invited to call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Brooks Funeral Home, 207 Broadway St., Turbotville. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Grace Baptist Church, 5471 Clarkstown Road, Muncy, with her pastor, Charles Teffeteller officiating.  

Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Hughesville.
