Sandra L. Wingo, 60, of 1864 Hayes Avenue, died Friday, August 27 2010 at Rose View Center following an extended illness.

Sandy and her husband, Frank H. (Butch) Wingo, observed their 32nd wedding anniversary on December 30, 2009.

Sandy was a member of the Apostolic Pentecostal Church of Williamsport, enjoyed crocheting and doing jigsaw puzzles.

Born Jan. 21, 1950 in Williamsport, she was the daughter of John and Betty Dewalt DiMassimo.

Surviving in addition to her husband are her Mother, Betty DiMassimo of Cogan Station; son Christopher (Tammy) Thomas of Allenwood; daughters, Tracy (Jamey) Meyers of Clearfield and Janeen Wingo at home; brothers, John and Joseph DiMassimo both of Cogan Station and Americo DiMassimo of Sunbury; sisters, Dolly Sampson and Shirley Kelly both of Williamsport; grandchildren, Danny (Courtney) and Seth Fredericks, Christopher, Craig and Samantha Thomas.

Sandy was predeceased by a brother, Melvin DiMassimo.

Memorial services will be at 6 p.m. Monday at the church, 1015 George Street with Pastor Roger Betterley officiating followed with a graveside service at 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 31, 2010 at Green Lawn Memorial Park. No visitation.

The family will provide the flowers and suggests contributions may be made to the church.
