Jeanette Nicolosi Baker, 77, of Williamsport, died Sunday February 14, 2010 at the Gatehouse at Divine Providence Hospital.

She was born in Brooklyn, NY on March 14, 19327 the daughter of Thomas G. and Pauline Gentile Nicolosi. Jeanette was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church.

She retired from the Williamsport Hospital and Corestates Bank. She loved her music and playing the piano. She was a member of the choir at St. Boniface, Mater Dolorosa and St Lawrence Catholic Churches, as well as a member of the Legani Hanne Sweet Adelines and of the Gesang Verin Harmonia chorus.

Jeanette was a member of the Penn Laurel Chapter of the American Business Women's Association. She was an Apprise volunteer for the Office of the Aging.

Jeanette is survived by her children, Michael H. Baker of Dallas, PA, Karen Baker McCourt of Rose Valley, PA and Diane Baker Forsburg McCourt of Bel Air, MD.

She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren . She was preceded in death by a brother John T. Nicolosi and sister Gloria Nicolosi Levene.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Boniface Catholic Church 326 Washington Blvd on Saturday February 20, 2010, at 9:30 AM . Msg. Stephen McGough will officiate.

Friends may call at the church lounge on Saturday morning from 8:309 to 9:3010 AM. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, Great Rivers Affiliate Memorial Program P.O. Box 163549, Columbus OH 43216-3549.
