Doris G. Agostinelli, 89, of 1327 Scott Street  Williamsport, died Sunday January 24, 2010 at home.

She was born in Curwensville, Pa. on November 14, 1920, the daughter of Milo M. and Margaret J. McCauley Elliott. Doris was a homemaker who was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Doris was very active in Cub Scouting, she was a Den Mother for many years and was also a District Trainer for the Cub Scouts.She was the recipiant of the scouting award the Silver Fawn. Doris was a life-time member of the Women of the Moose, she enjoyed making crafts and was an avid bowler.

Her husband Moris J. Agostinelli preceded her in death on December 9, 1981.

Surviving are her children,Margaret A Malizia with whom she resided, Michael L Agostinelli of Barnsville,Christine M Hessler of Woolrich,Pa., Morris J Agostinelli Jr. of Atlanta Ga. and David A Agostinelli of Lock Haven., There are 12 grandchildren, 17 greatgrandchildren and 1 great great grandson surviving.

Doris was preceded in death by her son Kenneth, and her brothers Clifton and Frank Elliott. At the request of the deceased there will be no visitation and the funeral and burial will be held at the convenience of the family.

The family will provide the flowers and in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Susquahanna Regional Home Health Services Hospice, 1100 Grampian Blvd , suite 4 South, Williamsport, or to the Gatehouse at Divine Providence Hospital, 1100 Grampian Blvd, Williamsport. Crouse Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
