Police report harassment, other incidents
Two were involved in a criminal harassment complaint.
State police reported that a 23-year-old Williamsport male struck a 21-year-old Williamsport female's head and upper arm. The attack caused the woman to have a bloody lip and welts on her upper arms.
Charges have been filed.
Police also reported the following incidents:
April 1 to Aug. 7, Police reported that a 2008 Ford F150 belonging to James Nottingham of Hughesville was shot numerous times with a bb gun causing damage. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Montoursville at 570-368-5700.
July 25 to Aug. 7, Police reported that unknown actors removed the registration plate XCM-0919 from a carry on trailer belonging to Scott Edwards of Hughesville while it was parked at Sportsman's, 6389 Route 87 Highway, Plunketts Creek Township, during the antique machinery show. July 26 to July 27, Police reported that an unidentified actor stole a white iPad from Lonterae Silas, 25, of Marshall, Texas, while he was staying at the Best Wester, 1840 E. Third St.
Aug. 6 to Aug. 7, Police reported that unknown actors damaged a mailbox belonging to Michael Schaffer, 52, of Hughesville. The actors then fled the scene. Anyone with information regarding this investigation is asked to contact Trooper Denucci at PSP Montoursville 570-368-5700.
3:10 p.m. Aug. 7, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Donovan Shultz, 73, of Montoursville, was traveling west on East Third Street when it struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Lori Lucas, 43, of Jersey Shore.
12:15 a.m. Aug. 8, Two 17-year-old juveniles were charged with underage alcohol offense while attending a party at a residence in Loyalsock Township.
Aug. 10 to Aug. 11, Police reported that unknown actors damaged 3 tires belonging to Dawn Miller, 57, of Montgomery, by cutting the sidewalls with a sharp object. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Montoursville.
