Man accused of assaulting 50-year-old woman

A Muncy man is accussed of assaulting a 50-year-old Muncy woman. 

Bradley Alan Mitsdarfer, 51, allegedly pointed a weapon at the woman after engaging in an argument at 8:05 p.m. Aug. 2, according to state police Montoursville. 

A search of Mitsdarfer resulted in the discovery of a smoking pipe and suspected marijuana. 

 

State police also reported the following incidents:

7:15 a.m. May 23, Police reported that Patric C. Nellis, 22, of Williamsport, was stopped for traffic violations on Route 220 in Woodward Township. He was found to be impaired and admitted to smoking marijuana before driving. Charges have been filed. 

7:25 p.m. July 3, Police reported that Jacqueline R. Brookens, 40, of Jersey Shore, was stopped for traffic violations on Route 220 in Woodward Township and was found to be driving while impaired, admitting she smoked marijuana before driving. Charges have been filed. 

July 15 to July 17, Police reported that a dirt bike belonging to Janine S. Hakes, 32, of South Williamsport, was removed from the river lot by actors cutting the chain that had the dirt bike secured to a pole. 

1:30 p.m. Aug. 1, Police reported that Jack Leon Weaver, 53, took an item off of a shelf in Kmart, 1915 E. Third St., and concealed it in his pants. Weaver was observed by Loss Prevention staff at Kmart. Charges were filed.
