Man injured in motorcycle crash

A Hughesville man was injured in a motorcycle crash at  2:15 p.m. June 17, state police said. 

Nathan Kepner, 32, was traveling on Maple Lane in Wolf Township when he lost control of his motorcycle, causing it to overturn and land on its side in the center of the eastbound lane. Police cited animal in the roadway as the cause of the accident. 

Kepner was not wearing a helmet. He was transported to the hospital by Muncy EMS. 

Pennsylvania State Police Montoursville also reported the following incidents:

12:45 a.m. May 25, Police reported that Chris Barnett, 52, of Williamsport was traveling through a sobriety checkpoint on Four Mile Drive at Waren Avenue. Barnett had been drinking alcohol and had a small amount of marijuana in his posession. He was arrested and transported to Williamsport DUI Center for a blood draw. Charges have been filed. 

7 p.m. May 26, Police reporeted that Stephen Carl, 67, of Cogan Station, forcefully grabbed the arm of Judy Carl, 66, of Cogan Station, during a verbal argument. Charges have been filed. 

6 p.m. May 30, Police reported that three juvenile actors vandalized a dump truck belonging to Taylor's Excavating Services in Trout Run. The damage was estimated at approximately $500. 

9:30 p.m. June 15, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Sarah Rhinehart, 26, of Harrisburg, was traveling in the left lane of Route 15 when a deer entered the roadway. Rhinehart's vehicle struck the deer. 

9:55 p.m. June 15, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Douglas Fuller, 21, of Mansfield, and a vehicle driven by Tyler Crawford, 22, of Oro Station, Ontario, were traveling South on Route 15 in Lewis Township. The vehicles slowed as they approached the scene of a prior crash on the roadway. The vehicles collided as Fuller's vehicle attempted to merge left into the lane in which Crawford's vehicle was traveling. No one was injured.
