Two arrested in connection with meth lab

Two men were arrested after being connected to a meth lab. 

Pennsylvania State Police Office Mitchel McMunn arrested Josh Moser, 32, of Hughesville, and Bruce Woodcock, 34, of Williamsport, on May 1. 

Moser was charged with two counts of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver controlled substances; operating a methamphetamine lab; possessing red phosphorus, etc w/ intent to manufacture controlled substances; deposits, stores, disposes chemical waste; risking catastrophe; use and possession of drug paraphernalia and intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person who is not registered. 

Woodcock was charged with two counts of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver controlled substances; operating a methamphetamine lab; possessing red phosphorus, etc w/ intent to manufacture controlled substances; deposits, stores, disposes chemical waste; risking catastrophe; and use and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The men were arrianged May 8 in front of District Judge Jon Edward Kemp. 

Woodcock was committed to Lycoming County Prison in lieu of a $400,000 bail. 

Bail information for Moser was not available in a criminal docket.
