Police report various incidents

Pennsylvania State Police Department Montoursville reported the following incidents:
Mar. 7 to April 28, Police reported that an unknown actor made fradulent charges to a credit card belonging to John Cohick, 66, of Salladasburg. Cohick also had two guns stolen from his residence. The incident is currently under investigation.
4:30 p.m. April 12, Police reported that a traffic stop was conducted on Garrett W. Emmons, 20. After investigation, Emmons was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI and transported to Williamsport Hospital. Charges have been filed.
12:49 a.m. April 26, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Justin Kowalchin, 20, of Muncy, was traveling south on Chippewa Road, too fast for the wet road conditions. As the vehicle was negotiating a sharp right curve in the roadway, the vehicle lost control and exited the roadway on the west side. The vehicle impacted an embankment and overturned onto its roof. The vehicle reentered the roadway and came to final rest in the middle of the road. No injuries were reported.
April 27 to April 28, Police reported that an unknown actor entered Hellers Harvest Moon store. The actore then left the scene without taking any of the merchandise. Anyone with any information is asked to contact PSP Montoursville at 570-368-5700.
1:30 a.m. April 28, Police reported that Brian Reeder, 36, of Montoursville, came home intoxicated and ensued in an argument with his grandmother, Bettie Paulhamus, 85, of Montoursville. Reeder shoved her twice and then left the residence.
May 2 to May 5, Police reported that an unknown actor stole $15 off of a night stand in Manor Care belonging to Michael Keys, 58.
4 to 7:30 p.m. May 5, Police reported that an unknown person broke into a vehicle in the Breeze Inn parking lot in Bastress Township. Anyone with information regarding this incident should contact PSP Montoursvile at 570-368-5700.
11 a.m. May 6, Police reported that Edward L. Guthrie, 65, of Williamsport, was found lying in the parking lot of Diesel Power, heavily under the influence of alcohol. Police transported Guthrie to a nearby family member. Summary charges have been filed.
8 p.m. May 6, Police reported that Steven Winchester, 19; Joshua Harer, 23; Cheyenne Dugan, 19; Amanda Winchester, 18; Kimberly Middlesworth, 19, all of Linden, received citations following an altercation in Harvest Moon Trailer Park.
4:42 p.m. May 8, Police reported that a black Sentry Safe was recovered from a creek bed in the 400 block of Sulpher Springs Road. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Montoursville at 570-368-5700.
