Police report various incidents

Pennsylvania State Police Department Montoursville reported the following incidents:

8:45 to 9 p.m. April 9, Police reported that a verbal argument started after Thomas Digan, 43, of Muncy, came onto property belonging to Derek Lewis, 26, of Muncy. Lewis shoved Digan. Lewis was charged with harassment and Digan was charged with trespassing. 

12:25 a.m. April 14, Police reported that Unique Parker, 19, of Williamsport, threatened to harm a 33-year-old woman on two occassions at Taco Bell on East Third Street. Charges have been filed. 

1:50 p.m. April 14, Police reported that Erika Schnaufer, 21, Nicole Vining, 34, and Harry Vining, 50, all of Linden, engaged in a physical altercation. Summary harassment charges have been filed. 

April 14 to April 18, Police reported that an unknown actor cut and stole power cords from four carnival trailers at 105 Elimsport Road, Clinton Township, belonging to Page Concessions. A total of 800 feet of 6/4 wire and 600 feet of 10/4 wire was stolen, with an estimated total value of $4,600. 

8:06 p.m. April 23, Police reported that Alicia Scott, 19, of Williamsport, was involved in an argument with Desiree Ruby, 26, of South Williamsport, and a 24-year-old Williamsport woman. During the argument, Scott struck both victims in the face with her first and grabbed the hair of each victim. Citations were filed. 

5:55 p.m. April 25, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Brent Good, 17, of Williamsport, was traveling north on Northway Road when it exited the roadway through the west berm. After traveling approximately 33 yards, the vehicle overturned. No one was injured. 

April 26 to April 27, Police reported that an unknown actor damaged the front end of a vehicle belonging to Rosanna Hill-Smith, 25, of Muncy, and fled in an unknown direction. Anyone with information pertaining to this investigation is encouraged to contact PSP Montoursville at 570-368-5700. 

3:25 a.m. April 27, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Nathan Longnecker, 25, of Watsontown, was traveling east on Lycoming Mall Circle when the vehicle failed to negotiate a right hand curve and traveled off the southern edge of the roadway and struck a stone in the landscape. The vehicle rolled approximately one time and came to final rest on its wheels. Longnecker was not injured. He was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI. 

11:39 a.m. April 27, Police reported that Cody Benyo of Muncy used a tool case to smash the front and rear passenger windows of a vehicle belonging to Gloria Temple of Hughesville. Charges have been filed. 

4:27 p.m. April 27, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Dustin Logan, 24, of Sugar Run, was traveling north on Route 220 when the vehicle exited the roadway and struck a utility pole. 

5:47 p.m. April 27, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by John Wuest, 22, of Severna Park, MD, was traveling west on the single lane portion of Old Montgomery Pike when the vehicle exited the roadway and struck an embankment. The vehicle then traveled down the embankment and struck a large rock.
