Police report various incidents

Pennsylvania State Police Department Montoursville reported the following incidents:
12:03 a.m. Mar. 16, Police reported that that Cassidy Logue, 31, of Williamsport, was stopped on Washington Boulevard for multiple traffic violations. Further investigation revealed Logue to be driving under the influence.
12:20 p.m. April 18, Police reported that an unknown actor entered the residence belonging to William Pepperman of Woodward Township while Pepperman was present. The actor then left the residence without incident. It is believed that the actor may have removed a canopy from the porch prior to entering the residence. The actor fled the area in a Black SUV.
3 p.m. April 23, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Austin Bilbay, 18, of Trout Run, was traveling in the left lane of Lycoming Creek Road while a vehicle driven by Gary Berninger, 38, of Williamsport, was stopped facing west on Log Run Road at a red traffic signal at the intersection of the two roadways. Berninger's vehicle reacted to a green traffic signal and began to turn onto Lycoming Creek Road. Bilbay's vehicle failed to stop for the red light and impacted Berninger's vehicle.
4:30 p.m. April 24, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Donna Stiner, 74, of Honeoye, NY, was traveling north on Route 15 and impacted a metal drum in the right lane of the roadway. After the under carriage impacted the metal drum, the vehicle continued north on the roadway for approximately a quarter mile.
6:20 p.m. April 24, Police reported that a 13-year-old Unityville boy and an 11-year-old Unityville boy were involved in a verbal altercation when the 13-year-old boy choked the 11-year-old.
