Police report various incidents

Pennsylvania State Police Department Montoursville reported the following incidents:
10:30 a.m. April 14, Police reported that Willie Crowe, 43, of Williamsport, took a vehicle belonging to Jamarr Ritter, 22, of Williamsport without Ritter's consent.
3:40 p.m. April 15, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Bethany Stugart, 44, of Hughesville, was stopped at a stop sign on Schoolhouse Road, preparing to make a left turn onto Montgomery Street when the vehicle turned in front of a vehicle driven by Elizabeth Digan, 19, of Muncy. The two vehicles collided.
8:50 p.m. April 15, Police reported that an altercation between Mark Koenig, 39, of Williamsport, and a 41-year-old Loyalsock woman occurred at 2130 Sheridan Street in Loyalsock Township. The altercation left the woman with a bruise around her left eye, a cut on her lip and a bump/bruise above her right eye. Koenig was arraigned befor Judge Whiteman and bail was set at $7.500. Koenig was remanded to Lycoming County Prison in lieu of paying the set bail.
10:40 p.m. April 20, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Earl Gordner, 31, of Unityville, was traveling south on Lime Bluff Road when it attempted to cross John Brady Drive without proper clearance. Gordner's vehicle was struck by a vehicle driven by Michael Snyder, 25, of Montgomery. When police arrived, Snyder was found to be under the influence of marijuana.
2:45 p.m. April 21, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Charles Shaffer, 63, of Muncy, was traveling south on Cemetery Road, slowing down with his turn signal and four-way flashers activated with a vehicle driven by Jeffrey Diehl, 52, of Montoursville, following. Diehl's vehicle failed to slow down, causing it to crash into the back of Shaffer's vehicle.
1:40 a.m. April 22, Police reported that Chad Barto, 38, of Muncy, contacted a 30-year-old Muncy female, violating a PFA order. Barto was arrested and arraigned before Judge Lepley, who set bail at $7500. Barto was unable to post bail and was remanded to Lycoming County Prison.
10:19 a.m. April 22, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Shawn Stoner, 42, of Williamsport, was traveling south on Route 87 while a vehicle driven by John Scarborough, 59, of Mill Hall, was traveling ahead on Stoner's vehicle in a south bound direction. Stoner fell asleep while operating his vehicle, causing his vehicle to strick the rear of Scarborough's vehicle.
