Police report various incidents

Pennsylvania State Police Department Montoursville reported the following incident:
Jan. 1 to April 13, Police reported that an actor took a PA registration plate from an utility trailer belonging to Charles Stutzman, 67, of Williamsport, parked at his home.
1:30 p.m. Mar. 26, Police reported that Mary Kyler put two items in her purse at Sally Beauty Supply on E. Third Street and left the store without paying for the items.
April 4 to April 5, Police reported that an unknown actor gained entry to a residence belonging to William Thomas, 92, of Montgomery, and removed two small satellite speakers from the residence. Anyone with any information concerning this crime is encouraged to contact PSP Montoursville at 570-368-5700.
9:37 a.m. April 6, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven Rita Alton, 26, Lock Haven, was traveling south on State Route 220. The vehicle left the roadway on the right shoulder, striking a guard rail. The vehicle then drove back onto the roadway crossing both of the south bound lanes over a concrete divider and across both north bound lanes. The vehicle then drove back across onto the south bound lane.
2:25 a.m. April 11, Police reported that David Maiorana, 26, of Muncy, smashed a beer bottle in the Sheetz parking lot at 45 Muncy Creek Blvd. while he was highly intoxicated. Charges have been filed.
11:03 a.m. April 11, Police reported that an unknown actor obtained the personal information belonging to Casey Dye, 38, of Montoursville, and used the information to file a fraudulent tax return.
2:13 a.m. April 12, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Michael Butler, 47, of Rochester, N.Y., was traveling south on State Route 15 when he noticed a small flame emitting from the rear of his vehicle. Butler pulled the vehicle to the shoulder of the roadway and attempted to extinguish the fire. The fire was unable to be extinguished and the vehicle became engulfed in flames. No one was injured.
7:51 p.m. April 12, Police reported that Nancy Cardona, 51, and Venice Carter, 55, both of Williamsport, took items from K-Mart on East Third Street.
9:18 a.m. April 12, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle belonging to Mark Aungst, 38, of South Williamsport, was traveling north on State Route 287 when the vehicle crossed the center line and traveled to the west shoulder, impacting a utility pole and a tree.
11:06 p.m. April 12, Police reported that James Neary, 20, and Danielle Andrews, 18, both of Montgomery, were in possession of a small amount of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
12:30 a.m. April 13, Police reported that a crash occurred when a vehicle driven by Joshua Gamble, 22, of Allenwood, was traveling north on Rose Valley Road in the right lane. The vehicle failed to negotiate a left curve in the roadway and traveled off the roadway, striking several large boulders in a yard at 6080 Rose Valley Road.
2:30 a.m. April 13, Police reported that 22-year-old male and a 24-year-old male were caught using heroin at Clayton Avenue.
6:30 a.m. April 13, Police reported that Wyatt Wommer, 35, of Montoursville, was cited after taking the keys to his wife's vehicle, leaving it in the fire lane at Weis Market after an argument. Wommer did not give back the keys until PSP arrived.
9:50 a.m. April 14, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Matthew Jenkins, 25, of Berwick, was traveling north on State Route 42. The vehicle came to the road's intersection with State Route 239 and was unable to stop at the intersection. A vehicle driven by Dean Mencer, 50, of Garnet Valley, was traveling south on State Route 42. Jenkins's vehicle was in Mencer's vehicle's lane and Mencer's vehicle struck the passenger's side of Jenkins's vehicle.
