Police report various incidents

Pennsylvania State Police Department Montoursville reported the following incidents:
Jan. 1 to Mar. 23, Police reported that over $400 worth of items were stolen from Weis Market in Muncy Creek Township. An investigation found that Allison Sander, 27, of Williamsport, stole th items. Misdemeanor retail theft and receiving stolen property charges have been filed through district court.
Feb. 4 to April 10, Police reported hat unknown actors arrived at RN Industries in Falls Creek and used an unknown object to puncture multiple tires on a 2012 Grove crane and attached trailer. The actors fled the scene in an unknown means. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact PSP Montoursville at 570-368-5700.
1:20 a.m. Mar. 1, Police reported that Robert Quick, 24, Williamsport, was stopped for multiple traffic violations. Further investigation revealed Quick to be driving under the influence. Charges have been filed.
1:40 a.m. Mar. 13, Police reported that a traffic stop was conducted on Kristina Williams, 22, of Williamsport, for sumary traffic violations. Police believed Williams was under the influence of alcohol. She was transported to the hospital after performing poorly on field sobriety tests. Charges are pending.
2:26 a.m. Mar. 15, Police reported that a traffic stop was conducted on Carl Moyer Jr., 57, of Muncy, for sumary traffic violations. Police believed Moyer was under the influence of alcohol. She was transported to the hospital after performing poorly on field sobriety tests. Charges have been filed.
7 p.m. Mar. 20, Police reported that an unidentified black female stole a checkbook left on a desk at Accu-Tax in Williamsport belonging to Judith Mapstone, 69, of Montoursville. The suspect fled the scene on foot. PSP is currently investigating the incident.
10:55 a.m. Mar. 31, Police reported that a traffic stop was conducted on Robert Mazzetti, 28, of Tarentum, for summary traffic violations. The odor of marijuana was present and the vehicle was towed to PSP Montoursville while a search warrant was obtained. A plastic bag of marijuana and a marijuana cigarette were located during the execution of the search warrant. Charges have been filed.
12:30 to 2 p.m. April 1, Police reported that unkown actors entered a residence belonging to David Cory of Muncy and took various medications, an iPod touch 32GB and US currency. The actor then fled the scene.
1 p.m. April 7, Police reported that Lindsay Hetrick, 20, and Natalie Smith, 18, were at Weis Market in Muncy Creek Township when Hetrick was disciplinging her 3-year-old daughter to the point that bystanders attempted to intervene. Hetrick and Smith yelled profanities at the bystanders when they attempted to do so, causing a public annoyance. Hetrick and Smith were both charged with disorderly conduct.
8:52 p.m. April 7, Police reported that four juvenile females were involved in a physical altercation at 276 Ashlor Manor Drive, Muncy Township. All four females were charged with harassment.
2:40 a.m. April 8, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Timothy Paternostro, 51, of Linden, was traveling south on State Route 405 in the south bound lane and a vehicle driven by James Taylor, 44, of Montgomery, was traveling north on the same roadway. A large piece of flat metal blew out of the trailer of Paternostro's vehicle and struck the right front of Taylor's vehicle.
6:25 p.m. April 9, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Douglas Groff, 52, of Ephrata, was traveling in the west bound lane of I-180 and slowed due to debris being cleared from the road by emergency personnel. A vehicle driven by Eric Getz, 41, of Williamsport, was traveling west in the left lane, behind Groff's vehicle. Getz's vehicle then changed lanes and struck the rear of Groff's vehicle.
